ORDERING INFORMATION

Payments:
VBP accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Credit Cards online. Your credit card is not charged until the day the order ships. We can also accept personal or company checks, purchase orders (with approved credit), money orders and COD orders by phone at (800) 237-9991 or (727) 345-5292. Special Dealer and Warehouse Distributor quantity pricing is also available. Please call for details.

Sales Tax:
Is required by law in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Refunds:
Buy with confidence! If you are not completely satisfied with our products, simply return your order within 30 days for a full refund (less freight). To return or exchange any product, you must call (800) 237-9991 or (727) 345-5292 to receive an RA (return authorization) number. Please print this number clearly on any packages returned. It is important to always enclose a copy of your sales receipt - failure to do so may result in a ^$30 records search fee.

Warranty:
VBP warranties the following items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the terms listed below. The warranty does not cover any type of racing application, misuse or abuse, repair, shipping or storage costs, property damage, personal injury, diagnostic charges, towing charges nor any associated expenses whatsoever. Warranties vary and are listed in the table below.

Lifetime Limited Warranty
Shocks/Struts, Spring Hardware, Sway Bars and Hardware, Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Center Links, Idler Arms, Pitman Arms, Control Arms, Strut Rods (ex. racing), Bushings (rubber and polyurethane), SS Brake Calipers, Master Cylinders, Power Boosters and SS Brake Line Kits.

Five Year Limited Warranty
Composite Springs, Trailing Arms, Power Steering Component Kits, Rebuilt Power Steering Control Valves and Cylinders.

One Year Limited Warranty
Steel Coil and Leaf Springs, HD Rear End Covers, Brake Hose (rubber and SS braided), Steel Brake Lines, Parking Brake Kits and Cables, Power Steering Conversion Kits and all other Power Steering Components.

90 Day Limited Warranty
New Power Steering Control Valves and Cylinders.

Core Charges:
Are required on rebuilt products if you cannot send VBP your cores in advance. VBP does not pay freight on inbound or outbound cores.

Core Refunds:
Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for core refunds. They are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Important: Previously sleeved, damaged or non Delco^®cores may not be acceptable and may not receive full refunds. Non acceptable cores may be retuned to you by request.

Shipping:
VBP routinely ships worldwide. Most orders ship via UPS Ground Service within 48 hours. If there is a shipping delay with your order, you will be contacted by e-mail, phone or fax within 72 hours. Overseas freight charges can be very costly - you will be contacted within 72 hours with accurate freight quotes for your approval. Faster shipping methods are also available. Gift Certificates:
Begin at ^$20 dollars and increase in ^$5 increments. Certificates are valid for one year from date of issue. Please call for details.

Pricing:
Is subject to change without notice. If there is a price change, you will be contacted within 72 hours for approval.
