The most technically advanced brake rotors available. These are NOT typical slotted, vented or cross drilled rotors. Sport Rotors have six special double-ball milled cleaning vents to provide maximum gas relief. These vents have a special leading edge that eliminate gas pockets - the most common problem with slotted rotors. Next, the rotors undergo a special deep thermal cycling process. This process involves cycling the rotor temperatures to extremes as low as -320°F and to as high as 400°F. This process actually alters the composition of the metal at the molecular level. Result - higher resistance to heat warpage, cracking, greater brake co-efficiency and longer rotor life.

Process:
